What needs to be changed to get the default eForm to work

I have a new install for MODx that came with Templates and the premade website.
What do I need to change to have the eForm work? Right now it just goes to the "Thank you" page when finished.

Please read the eform/docs for the list of parameters.

If /docs folder isnt there in the default install, grab a zipped eform package from repository http://modxcms.com/resources.html
