Set from/reply-to to value from form?

Hi,

Is it possible to populate the From: and Reply-To headers from form field values? So if they enter an email address that validates I can use this as the From field, so people only have to reply to the email?

I’m also not getting the &to=... field picked up - it’s using the site default email address and sends fine, just to the wrong place! The snippet call is:

[!eForm? &formid=`contactForm` &subject=`Enquiry from website` &tpl=`ContactForm` &report=`ContactEmail` &to=`[email protected]`!]
