Separate error message next to each form field - is this possible?

So, I really enjoy learning eForm. But I’ve got another question.

Is it possible to have a separate error message/placeholder for each form field? Right now, the [+validationmessage+] placeholder outputs a list of all form fields that return errors. I think it would be more user-friendly to have a separate error message for each form field, that can be placed within the appropriate label.
I think this would require a separate placeholder for each form field to be validated, and it’s probably a lot work to program? (I wouldn’t know, I’m not a programmer!). But it would be really nice. What do you think?

The latest version of eForm will highlight each item already, so I’m guessing that it won’t be too much of a stretch to add a placeholder for the actual message to the mix. For an example, see http://collabpad.com/about.html and just put in a bad email address and submit the form (boo@boo ... without any URL).

That is a good start. But it’s not completely accessible.
By ’the latest version of eform’ you don’t mean 1.4.4, or..? I don’t think I saw it mentioned in the documentation. But maybe I should look again.

No it’s definitely not completely accessible, but I think since the appropriate fields can be highlighted a way to move the error messages to the actual "rows" could be worked out as well.

Right. That makes sense, yes.
But this highlighting feature, is it in version 1.4.4 or are you using a higher (beta?) version?

That’s 1.4.4 (or maybe an earlier version created during development).
