I’ve been looking everywhere, but I can’t find a lot of information about how to use validation with eform. I downloaded the eform zip from the repository, which contains some documentation. But I have this feeling part of the documentation is missing from the zip file? Because in eform/docs/eform_examples.htm it says:
The required fields have formatting and validations options set using the eform pseudo attribute (See the form validation page for details on setting values for the eform attribute)
However, there is no form validation page in the zip file.

To make a long story short: where can I find more info on using form validation? Thanks very much for any info! I’m eager to learn wink

      Look in your installation under:
      assets/snippets/eform/docs/eform.htm

Thanks, I guess this is what I was looking for. Perhaps someone should add this to the wiki?

That is only a small part of the documentation enclosed in the zip file. Wouldn’t it make sense to put all of it in the Wiki? I mean, I wouldn’t mind doing it myself, but I don’t know if I should...? wink

I think that would help a LOT of people, since this info is hidden in the assets folder...

              Thanks grin

Good call Maaike, go for it. Just put the eform version number visible on the page so newer revisions can be distinguished easily.

                Oh.. pretty signatures wink ...

OK, I’ll add some info from the documentation pages to the Wiki. But- I have no experience with Wiki’s whatsoever!
Should I just add a lot of information (such as a list of all parameters) to http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/EForm, or should I create a couple of new Wiki pages?
