So I’m studying the eForm info in the MODx wiki, and it says:
Some notable features include: [snip] Notification to mobile devices
Sounds interesting! But, erm, what exactly does this mean, and how does it work? I’ve searched, but couldn’t find any information on this feature. So any info would be great smiley

    Update:
I found this somewhere in the docs:
    # &mobile (Optional)
Mobile email address. This email is used to send a short notification message to a mobile device.
    # &mobiletext (Optional)
Text message to send to mobile device Can include [+form fields+]. E.g. Order for [+firstname+]
I was hoping it were possible to have reports sent to a mobile phone number instead of an email address, but I guess that’s not possible? It would be absolutely great, though cool
Thanks for MODx - I love it!

Most cell phones have an email address - for example: <phone number>@att.net. Call your cell phone provider for details. The last three cell phones I’ve owned since 2002 with different providers have all had email addresses.

Seriously? That’s brilliant. I’m not sure if this is the case here in The Netherlands though, but I’ll look into it. Thanks!
