I can’t pick any obvious errors, but in your snippet calls the [[onMailSent2Cust]] seems to be missing...

Sorry Toby, I don’t understand. The eFormOnMailSent=`onMailSent2Cust` is included at the very end of the call code (On my form page code), no?

Or am I getting mixed up here?

you need to add the [[onMailSent2Cust]] snippet to the document as well so that the onMailSent2Cust becomes available to eform.

[[onMailSent2Cust]]
[!eForm2db!]
[!eForm? &formid=`eFeedBackForm` &eFormOnBeforeMailSent=`eForm2db` &tpl=`eFeedBackForm` &thankyou=`eFeedBackThanks` &submitLimit=`0` &protectSubmit=`0` &subject=`Feedback request from [[ipaddress]]` &report=`eFeedbackReport` &fromname=`[+name+]` &from=`[+email+]` eFormOnMailSent=`onMailSent2Cust`!]
