Document or chunk not found for template id= 'eFeedbackThanks'

Hi

After a test email sent i got this message ( i have eFeedbackThanks chunk) so where should i edit to fix this please.

Make sure you’ve spelled the chunk correctly in the snippet call and make sure the chunk actually exists.

Also, in the snippet call, make sure you’re using backticks (not single quotes) for the quotes.

I found why i get the error by your help.I was used an example when creating my form which under eform 1.4.3/docs/eform_examples.htm
and it was saying eFeedbackForm instead eFeedBackForm ,now all is working good
