[SOLVED] Can't make this eForm example work

Hello

I am trying make this example work on my site ( assets/snippets/eform/docs/eform_examples.htm )
I did create eFeedBackForm chunk,eFeedbackReport chunk, eFeedBackThanks chunk paste all codes in them.
I create a document , named as contact and put this call in it

  &formid=`feedbackForm`
  &to=`[email protected]`
  &tpl=`eFeedBackForm`
  &report=`eFeedbackReport`
  &thankyou=`eFeedbackThanks`
  &mailselector=`department`
  &vericode=`1`
  &subject=`Web site feedback`
!]

All i get is this code at my contact document , which point i miss please

You cannot currently put line endings within a tag. Put it all in one line and it should work.

Now i am able to see my form

anyway i tryed to send a test email but i get a
Document or chunk not found for template id= ’eFeedbackThanks’
I have eFeedbackThanks chunk so not sure what to do more

Update : mail arrived ( a bit late ) so i tryed a nother test mail and it arrived in a min
