I update eForm from 1.4.1 to latest 1.4.3 version

Next, I open http://okna.entropia.us/assets/snippets/eform/docs/eform_examples.htm and tryed to install eForm:

maked all chunks: (The HTML Form, The body of the email, The thank you page)
created new doc with
[!eForm? &formid=`feedbackForm` &to=`[email protected]` &tpl=`eFeedBackForm` &report=`eFeedbackReport` &thankyou=`eFeedbackThanks` &mailselector=`department` &vericode=`1` &subject=`Web site feedback`!] in body

open http://okna.entropia.us/contacts.html, write some information, press to Send Feedback and ... nothing...

I have almost same snippet call except I have the following:

• eFeedBackForm
• eFeedBackReport
• eFeedBackThanks

Change your snippet call to use those as the names for the chunks and then check all your chunks to make sure they are the same name.

The names of the chunks you use for templates don’t matter, as long as you have them spelled correctly.

Try giving the form itself an ID, the same as the formid name (id="feedbackform"); the newer versions use that instead of the hidden field (although it may use either, I’m not sure).

Yeah the names don’t matter, just going for consistency and having him doublecheck to make sure they match.

You are right though, it could likely be the form id, since he has it as a hidden field currently.
