use eform to create a document

Hi,

is it possible to use eform to create a document (with TV`s) in the manager? At present I have a eform which gets sent to an email address and then each field is manually added to the various TV`s, I would like to cut this step out.

No reason why not; it’s all in the database. Just load the values from the various fields of the form into the appropriate tables in the database. Do make sure to check and validate the input first, of course!

correct me if I am wrong but does eform not just send the infomation to an email address - where are the fields stored?

I think I might have to use something like docmanager, but I have no idea how to hook it up with eform.

Yeah,... read the eForm documentation, have a look at samples to see how eform events work and look into eform2db. A hint... you’ll be wanting to use the eFormOnBeforeMailSent event amongst others.
