is it possible to put a report chunk into a thank you page? I am using the &gottoid pram and have a chunk with the placeholders included in my page, but the values are not returned.

The &gotoid in eForm is rather dumb. It doesn’t understand placeholders. This is because you are being redirected to the &gotoid page, hence a new request and thus the form values are no longer there.
To do what you want you’ll have to skip the &gotoid and use the &thankyou parameter. You can either use the same id as the value or you can copy and paste the content of your "gotoid" page into a new chunk and set the &thankyou value to the chunk name.
Upon (succesful) submit you’ll stay on the same page but the content will be from the chunk (or the pageid) with the benefit of all the place holders.
Re-reading your post I see you already have a report chunk you use on your page... just set the &thankyou parameter to that chunk name and you should be ok.
