    There’s an error in your code:
    Change
    &subject="Ñîîáùåíèå ñ ñàéòà"
    to
    &subject=`Ñîîáùåíèå ñ ñàéòà`

    Yes, I so did, but nothing changes it sad

      Love the snippet, but I’m not fully understanding how to get checkboxes and radio options to work correctly (particularly when emailing the results). Can you give a brief example?

      Thanks!

        The problem appears to be that you can’t use the mail() function at all on your server. Either Safe Mode is blocking you from doing so or there is an error in your php.ini setup. I would contact my host (assuming this installation is on a host somewhere) and ask for help/permission to use the mail function.

          Make sure you have eForm version 1.3 installed

          Put this in your form template
          <input type="checkbox" name="frmColor[]" value="Red" eform="Colours::1" >Red<br />
          <input type="checkbox" name="frmColor[]" value="Yellow">Yellow<br />
          <input type="checkbox" name="frmColor[]" value="Green">Green<br />
          <input type="checkbox" name="frmColor[]" value="Blue">Blue<br />

          <input type="radio" name="frmSize" value="big" eform="Form::1">Big
          <input type="radio" name="frmSize" value="small">Small

          and add this in your report template

          Color: [+frmColor+]
          Size: [+frmSize+]

          The check boxes ticked in the form will show up in your email as a comma separated list.

              onfocus doesn’t work anymore!!!

              <input type="text" id="eventname" size="40" class="" name="eventname" value="Enter your eMail here" onfocus="if(this.value==’Enter your eMail here’)this.value=’’" />

              To make the form DDA complient I need to add a value to the fields.

                  Well, as it turns out I had already fixed this for the next version I’m workng on smiley. Easily ported back to the current version so here’s a drop-in replacement for eform.inc.php which should resolve your problem.

                  I’ll update the repository later today, but first I need to soak up a little sunshine. It’s weekend afterall..

                    That fixed it perfectly, thanks

                    Example: Opuspocus PA hire

                    I’ve never been able to get the replyto to work though. All I want to do is be able to click reply on the emails I receive from the website.

                    Could it be a server setting?

                      What .zip archive making tool are you using? I’ve not been able to successfully extract any of your uploads to date and I wanted to get the latest stuff into SVN trunk. tongue
