    Hey guys

    Sorry, if this is in the wrong category. Please move it at will.

    Fact is, I’ve stumbled across this problem that has been driving me mad for a couple of days (literally)

    Actually it’s two things, but i suspect that both are related to redirecting in modx. Heres the deal:

    So, this first problem is that when i’m using the login add-on it can’t redirect properly. It redirects to "url.tldthanks/blabal" instead of "url.tld/thanks/blabla", missing slash after tld. I’ve seached and searched and seen that others have the same problem. But I haven’t seen a good solution. anyone who knows where this goes wrong? The real problem does is though that it takes forever (like 5 minutes) before the script is executed. So I switched from redirecting to a thank you page to displaying a success message. It displays the success message, but as i said it takes forever to get done. And while it’s taking forever to get done, it’s already done inputting data in the database. So that’s weird, it’s only front end that’s acting out. Anybody who know’s what’s going on? I’m lost and i need help laugh

    Info:
    MODx Revolution 2.0.8-pl (traditional)
    MySQL 5.0.51a-24+lenny5
    OS Debian 5 lenny
    PHP: 5.2.6-1+lenny9
    Server software: Apache 2, with Virtual directories disabled apparently (what does that mean?)

    Important part of logs:
    [2011-04-01 13:21:52] (ERROR @ /index.php) Could not get table name for class: modAccess
    [2011-04-01 13:21:52] (ERROR @ /index.php) Error 42000 executing statement:
    Array
    (
    [0] => 42000
    [1] => 1064
    [2] => You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ’AS `modAccess` WHERE `modAccess`.`principal` = 25’ at line 1
    )

    [2011-04-01 13:21:52] (ERROR @ /index.php) modUserProfile: Attempt to set NOT NULL field internalKey to NULL

    Bear in mind that it works on the mysql site, so these errors can’t be fatal (?) Or how am I to understand this

    All help is greatly appreciated from this nice cozy community guys. Thanks in advance

        Alright. Is it just me or is there no edit button?

        Anyway. The weird redirecting was caused by me not having the right site url path. Missing trailing slash. I’ve realized that the slooow register snippet only occurs when sending an E-Mail. I’ll open up a new thread in a more fit forum. I’m getting a bit tired of talking to myself here laugh
