I am using reCapcha in the new formit it takes me 5 refreshes of new reCapcha words to be able to work out what they say.
The old EVO modx Capcha worked perfect why change to use reCapcha.
I thought I stand alone in this complaint but I noticed people om Google Groups are claiming the same.
Will this change in the future?
MODx Evolution used it’s own CAPTCHA utility. Revolution still uses that for login.
reCACPTCHA is a web service and they keep having to make the image less readable as bots get better at decoding it.
I’ve been meaning to see about adding the MODx CAPTCHA utility to FormIt but haven’t had time. It shouldn’t be too hard. With the mathstring option, it’s very readable, and so far very secure.
