Is there a way to have content in the document/page divided in to 2 colums, all to be edited with Quickedit via the frontend like regular content? I have read about TV’s but i dont understand how they could fix my problem..

If you create a Template Variable with the following fields filled in:

      Variable Name: col2
      Caption: Column 2
      Description: Content for column 2.
      Input Type: RichText

And leave the rest blank. At the bottom of the screen, check the template you want it to be assigned to.

Inside your template, you have [*#content*]. This is where the document content is produced. You write [*col2*] [*#col2*] (edited - KK) where you want your content from your second column to appear.

Ba-da-bing. You should have Column 2 available in your QuickEdit now.

      Hope it helped.

        Cool! 95% working wink

When i edit the document via the manager i get a richtext-field for each column, but when i browse the page frontend, i only get the "edit content"-button on the [*#content*] column... Col2 shows nothing.

My mistake, put [*#col2*] instead of [*col2*] in your template.

I’ll take your word on that, and you’re most welcome.
