I have successfully installed the formbuilder-1.2-rc1 module on MODx 1.0.4.
Creates forms fine and submits forms fine via front end, however i have a few problems that i was hoping someone could help with: I am running the form in a document called ’Enquiries’

1. The form seems to mess up my styling on the ’Enquiries’ page. Could it be because of a conflict with the ajax search box? The ’GO’ buttom on the search box gets pushed down one line
2. When the form is submitted, i receive the email however the values entered in the form are not shown or saved to the database and thus don’t show up in the CSV file. This is what i receive:

3. Is it possible to setup an autoresponder?
