I am having a problem with the installation of this add-on.
I have this add-on installed in a Revolution beta5 and multiple rc-1 setups without issue. I have since upgraded a rc-1 installation, with this snippet installed, with rc-2. This all works fine. I just built a new server install with a fresh install of rc-2, without upgrading, and this is the one with the SPForm issue.
The issue is that under the Snippets, SPForm - Properties, I only get 4 Default Property options. Under the Snippets, SPFResponse - Properties, I get the 3 normal Default Property options. I have installed this snippet on my new local and server builds with the same problem.

I believe this is a bug in RC-2.

Try changing line 519 of core/model/modx/modelement.class.php
from this:
$set = $this->set('properties', $propertiesArray);
to this:
$set = $this->set('properties', $propertyArray);
Then reinstall SPForm.
