Form will not submit form entry - Please help

Hi All

I have just uploaded my new sites. It is www.kettlebelltrainer.co.uk/modx. On the contact us page when I enter details in the form I get the following results.

Warning: require_once(/home/sam1/public_html/manager/includes/protect.inc.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sam1/public_html/index.php on line 52

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ’/home/sam1/public_html/manager/includes/protect.inc.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/sam1/public_html/index.php on line 52

I am using Modx 1.0.2.

It appears to be pointing to the wrong file, but I have checked my configuration and all the files are pointing in the correct direction.
