The SPForm Contact page I use is blank. I have the config file correct, the spform folder uploaded into the snippets folder, I have the snippets created, and the snippet calls in place, the correct ID#s in the config file, etc etc etc.

    Blank page. No HTML, nothing.

I use SPForm exclusively and have set up 20+ sites with it. So how come this isn’t working? All I can think of is because I have it in a subdomain, but then I’ve done that successfully for other subdomains....

I’ve run out of ideas. I’ve called it cached, uncached, blah blah blah. Too much code in my brain maybe?

      What version of MODx?
      What version of SPForm?

The only things that come to mind are: bad template for the page being shown (I mean the MODx template, not the Tpl Chunk for SPForm), corrupted file in MODx or the SPForm package, misbehaving plugin, JS conflict, FireFox add-on.

        BobRay,

My other post didn’t post. I got it fixed using SPForm 105 on my MODx 102.

I don’t know how this would work, but all my other 103 contact forms work on 102 upgraded sites. The site in question was actually a fresh install of 102. That’s all I know.

Hmm.. The only bugfix between those two versions was for a bug with the banlist file and it usually produced an error message so unless you just had a bad download of 103, I’ve got nothing.

Glad you got it working, though. smiley

          Thanks for reporting back.

I wrote to soon. The form displayed but didn’t process. Apparently I uploaded the config file with the process and response ID#s only, and not with the proper allowedReferers edit. When I plugged in the allowed referers and uploaded it, my contact page went back to blank.

I usually dev my sites in subdomains, then move over and edit the config file. As stated before, my 103 SPForms in upgraded 102 MODx sites have no issues.

I’m not clear on what’s happening. Are you saying that on this particular site neither 103 nor 105 works?

Is there anything in the MODx or other error logs?
