Forms Quit Working

I have a site that has been up and running for some time and the email forms (3 of them) have quit working. It is always possible the client did something but I can’t spot it. The emails are not getting through to the proper person.

If the forms worked before and all of them suddenly stopped emailing I’d check with your hosting provider if they have upgraded the server software and/or have made configuration changes. Looks like a problem with the php mail() function to me.
