Looks sufficiently obfuscated to me, rev 2017:
hey ho,
i am using modx 0.9.5 with anti-spam email plugin v1.2. its not working like others said before. any ideas what is needed to fix that problem?
thx,
/slackstar
In 0.9.5 it works for me with email address only BUT with a pre-defined subject (?subject=foo) the address is clear text.
Additional: with a one-word-subject it works fine BUT a subject with characters like a blank or other special characters it fails and produces plain text.
Is this ok with UTF-8 site ?
I just setup it and reload a contact page where a couple of ’mailto:’ exists .. the generated code still show non encoded strings.
What didi I missed ?
(v 0.95)
Thank you

well ... strange ... it seems that there is no solution ... right? ;-)
I am also running this on 0.9.6 RC-1 and it isn’t working for me either. And it doesn’t look like it is working on 0.9.7 Alpha on Susan’s site at
http://www.sottwell.com/ because I can see her e-mail address plainly in the source.

well, I’ve upgraded from SVN and restored to backup a few times, so I’m not sure what’s running and not running on that site right now!
Took a look, and you’re right. It is installed, and doing nothing at all.

The QuickEdit plugin kills it. Disable QuickEdit, and it works just fine. Same with yours, g5604.
None of the other plugins seem to bother it.
