File Browser inside TV 'insert' button

I have a modx site setup with an Admin and four Club Admins. The site has four sections, each managed individually by the Club Admins. The image browser is setup such that each Club Admin can manage only the images they’ve uploaded eg. assets/images/club1/images. The main Admin has access to assets/images and therefore all the clubs’ images. The Files browser (when accessed from TinyMCE) is setup the same way - assets/images/club1/files.

The problem is this: I have a TV of type ’file’ , however, when clicking on the insert button (which of course is outside TinyMCE) it brings up the file browser for a different folder - assets/files.

Question: is there any way to configure the folder for this file TV? I want the main admin to see the assets/images folder by default, just as it works for images now, and for the Club Admins to see their individual folders.
