Image Crop Selection Bug

I’ve noticed when trying to use the image editor in MCPuck that the cropping selection area does not function correctly when resizing. The aspect ratio always appears to be locked no matter which handle you select and the origin point occasionally jumps. Is this a known bug? It seems browser and server independent. Does anyone know of a way to fix this? Is it possible to upgrade MCPuck? I am using modx 0.961_p2 with tinyMC 3.09.
