    Hi,

I moved my site experimentally online following the instructions. As I moved all images, they appear nicely on the site.
However, when I want to alter or add new image, FCKeditor shows empty images folder (athough I can see the images in my ftp program). When I want to create subfolder it sais:
You have no permission to create this folder.
When I want to upload an image file it goes:
Error, "Failed to upload file, internal error..."
Despite the fact that I changed all permissions for folders as described in instructions.
I entered the File Manager Path to the root of my MODx instalation and pointed resource path to my assets folder, but file manager gives me
    Invalid path ’http:/mysite.org/MODx/’
    message.
    What to do?

Did you check Tools > Configuration > File Manger > File Manager Path if the path there is correctly pointing to the root of your modx installation on your remote server?

        My root folder is http://www.ri-mo.org/MODx_prb/
        I have tried everything:

        http://www.ri-mo.org/MODx_prb/
        /MODx_prb/
        public_html/MODx_prb/

Nothing works - always same message: Invalid path ’http:/mysite.org/MODx/’
or Invalid path ’/MODx/’ or Invalid path ’public_html/MODx/’

That is interesting, if I define path as
        http://www.ri-mo.org/MODx_prb/,

        the message is
Invalid path ’http:/mysite.org/MODx/’ (nitice the absence of one slash).

Could there be a bug that misinterprets the path?

        Help!

I don’t think there’s a bug misinterpreting the path. A path doesn’t start with http:// ..., that’s an URL, and usually, on a server, the path doesn’t start with /public_html/... but with something like /users/home/username/public_html/

The full path is sometimes visible in the FTP program. If not, it should be available from the documentation of your hosting provider.

            That’s it.

            Thanks!

p.s. Excuse me for my ignorance, but this is my first CMS.
