Date of Birth field in (Web) Users

The popup calendar for the Date of Birth field can be a little annoying. When cycling through the years, it is a constant click-fest to get to the year you need. I suppose it is a little easier for me than some (only having to back to 1983 - ), I can see it an issue if I needed to go back any further.

Perhaps in a future version, have a drop-down box for the year? Just thought I’d point it out in case y’all had time to look at it.

Maybe we can use jsCalendar. It’s really simple and it’s clientside, so the calendar doesn’t necessary have to be on popup window and to be refreshed everytime we move to the next/previous month/year.

That sounds cool to me... Or maybe allow for manual entry for DOB?

Or Yahoo’s newly BSD licensed Calendar widget along with manual entry.
