I try to integrate top-nav, right-nav menus. The one level topnavigation is no problem for the DropMenu snippet but if i want a submenu which should only display the childnodes from the active topnavigation menu i run into several problems.
I Tried [[DropMenu? &startDoc=[*id*] &levelLimit=1 &topnavClass=topMenubar &here=activeLink]] for the submenu which displays them fine but disappears if i click on an item.
Does somebody solved this issue already?

There’s lots of examples floating about to do this with CSS.

With CSS?
This means that i rather should use div elements inside the menu and split them into 2 navigations?
I can’t use nested DIV in my case because the other navigation is in another DIV which has to be floated. The hole design is relative so i can’t use the subdiv option >:(
Any other ideas?

I used a TV, with the dropmenu tags in it, so that I can specify on a per-page basis whether I want the startDoc to be [*id*] or [*parent*].

Actually, you could use the subdivs, with css you can absolutly or relatively position them anywhere you like on the page, or use negative margins to move them. I’ve done that too.

The client quote is actually part of the content, which is placed in the template in the lower section. I just used a negative top margin and a left margin to push it up and over into the third floated div in the second block, where it looks very nice.
