Hi, I have a really strange problem and it’s really stumped me. Here’s the info.
- Two user logins with, as far as I can see, the same access rights.
- Four Macintosh computers, each with two browsers (FireFox and Safari).
- All or no folders displaying in the Resources Browser window for file uploads when using the FCKeditor link button.
On my Mac, with my login, with FireFox, I can see the existing folders and I can upload files.
On my Mac, with the other login, with FireFox, I can see the existing folders and I can upload files.
On my Mac, with either login, with Safari, I cannot see any of the folders and I cannot upload files, but I am given the button to do so and I can see the top-level folder.
Meanwhile...
On any of the other three Macs, with my login, with either browser, I cannot see any of the folders etc.
On any of the other three Macs, with the other login, with either browser, I cannot see any of the folders etc.
However, although I can’t see the folders, I can use the Create New Folder button to create a new folder. i still can’t see it and I still can’t upload files!
Any suggestions?
