Ho do I upload a mp3...

Seems I have missed to learn this.

How do I upload a MP3 via MCPUK so it uploads into assets/media ?

Should be easy enough, I think.

Any help appreciated.

Interface and features -> Uploadable Media Types -> add mp3
this will let you upload mp3’s to the assets/media folder (only).

Well. That filetype is there from the install.
I would like to know what button to press in TinyMCE so I can upload some files inte assets/media.

If I press images naturally I can upload into assets/images.
Press flash and I can upload into assets/flash.
And if I make a link I get to upload into assets/files.

So how to upload, via TinyMCE/MCPUK to the assets/media directory?!?

+ Change Interface and features -> Web Users -> set YES

Though you could use a snippet as FileUpload or use the front-end manager log in box - Search modxcms.com/extras (i.e. use manager permission) instead of turning off security.

I have tried it and it works nice embedded as type Windows Media.

Though Windows Media was slightly farfetched...
