I know there are multiple posts about this subject, but I’ve gone through and tried all the solutions that I could find but with no luck.
I installed Tiny through ’Package Management’ successfully, and checked all the attributes in ’System Settings’ but it still doesn’t appear (not even the toggle on / off button).
I also tried manually installing it by dropping the zip file into core/packages and loading it locally. This installed successfully, but again it doesn’t show up anywhere.
I had a few problems when installing Gallery too, and I got round this by changing the permissions on a few folders. I’ve tried the same with Tiny. Could this be related?
