TinyMCE using "adding predefined template" button (how to ?)

Hi,
I’m really not able to reverse/understand how this thing is supposed to work.

After reading tons o fthread (not so much here) I just have no clue about this.

• 
  Evo 1.0.4
• 
  width embeded TinyMce 3351, used in "full" view.
  

There a button to call some predefined html chunk which loads a dialog with an empty list.

So in order to connect with other stuff I read, can some one help me telling:

• Where (wich path in plugin folder) this is looking at ?
• wich files should be edited/added in this particular version ?
