Does MODx store the path to TinyMCE somewhere?
I’m making my own custom form as part of a MODx-powered website, and would like to make use of TinyMCE for the textarea fields. To use TinyMCE, I need to include its script into the relevant page. For obvious reasons, I don’t want to have hardcoded values all over the place, so I was going to use a constant for this. Rather than define my own constant, I was wondering whether MODx itself already stores the path to TinyMCE somewhere, that I could just make use of?

TinyMCE is a plugin, so the path to the assets/plugins/tinymce scripts is set in the plugin’s configuration. It’s not an integral part of MODx. In fact, there are alternative editing scripts that have been ported to plugins that you can use instead.
So the short answer is no, there is no MODx configuration path for it.
