Setup on revo 2.0.3

I can’t get the tinyMCE working on revo 2.0.3
i downloaded 4.1.0 rc1

system_settings:
which_editor => TinyMCE
use_editor => Yes

on chrome and FF 3.5 it doesn’t do a thing
and on IE8
it gives a javascript error
’Tiny’ is nog defined

Somebody help,
because my customer needs a richt text editor...

you have to go to package management and download and install the
TInyMCE package, Revo does not come with an editor pre-installed.

i installed the package using package managemnt
but still giving me js errors
