best practice (?) - deleting headline

Hi there ...

i wonder how you handle following situation with TinyMCE

lets say you start your text with a h2 headline:


later you decide to get rid of it, so you delete the h2 text:


then you set the cursor at the beginning of the next paragraph and press delete in order to move the first paragraph to the top of your content field ...but it will mark the whole paragraph as h2:


it works if i mark the h2 headline first as a paragraph, then delete it ...how would you do something like this, or better, how do you explain your client how to do it right ?

does it work in your TinyMCE? ... doesn’t work for me (Evo 1.0.4 / TinyMCE 3.3.5.1)

*thanks for checking* hm, strange ... with TinyMCE 3.2.4.1 it works, i can mark the headline and delete it with just found out this only happens with the headline being the first content item

*i know, i know ...first headline should be set with pagetitle, or longtitle*
