TinyMCE 3.2.4.1-a and MODx 1.0.3 doesn't work with inserting an image.

I installed MODx 1.0.3 without any of the MODxHost templates and installed the remaining snippets and plugins.

I was able to use TinyMCE for formatting of text and placing of images. I noticed there wasn’t a paragraph style of "Heading 1" so I looked and found an update to TinyMCE (version 3.2.4.1-a) which is the newest version to work with Evolution (http://modxcms.com/extras/package/459).

I did the install and found "Heading 1" to be working perfectly. Then I went to place an image and found I could see the images and select them but the window would not close.

I thought I had messed something up so I was looking for other people who had the same problem. I found similar problems but nothing was exactly the same.

So I installed a new instance of MODx on an XAMPP install instead of my production machine. Checked the insert image, everything worked. Then I did the upgrade to TinyMCE 3.2.4.1-a and checked the insert image. Same problem as the production machine.

Can someone else confirm this problem with the insert image?

I did find out how to add the Heading 1 to the TinyMCE installed with MODx 1.0.3. What you need to do is modify the plugin for TinyMCE, goto the configuration tab, in the Block Formats section, add h1 (with a comma) after the p.

I take it no one else has upgraded to the new versions?

the TinyMCE Version that is shipped with MODx 1.0.3 is TinyMCE 3.3.2 so it’s newer than 3.2.4.1 which is comes with MODx 1.0.2 ... i also downgraded my TinyMCE version on a MODx 1.0.3 installation to the RTE used in 1.0.2, then i needed to change the old mcpuk file browser ( manager -> media -> browser -> mcpuk ) too in order to be able to insert images again

guess all this will be fixed with the new version of MODx 1.0.4 which is just around the corner

Same problem on 1.0.3 with both 3.2.4.1 and 3.2.1.1 (on 1.0.2 it worked without problems).
Inserting images via TV is ok but inserting in TinyMCE doesn’t work.
3.3.2 isn’t a solution, doesn’t work with formats.

That’s a Revo-only version.

If TinyMCE 3.3.2 is only for Revolution. Why is it installed in Evolution 1.0.3?
