Inside the "insert edit link" option of the rich text editor, under the "General" tab, we are given the following options:
Link URL
Link list
Anchors
Target
Title
Class
I was wondering if there was a way to set a predefined list of anchors available, and if so how do I go about doing it?
The anchors I want a list of are tabs located on several different pages, in other words I’m not looking to link to a spot on the same page.
Though I’m already able to do this, I’m trying to find an easier option for the future site manager.

I have the same question/same problem. How? I have made my anchor on page with TinyMCE. And when i want to add a link on another page (always with TinyMCE), i have no anchor list...
ok, it works if i have added anchor on the current page, but not on another page.

In my situation I’m using tabs on several pages. In several instances I’d like to link to the one of those pages and have the page open to a specific tab. Though not an issue for me it would make it a lot easier for a site manager to select from a predefined list instead of remembering to add "#tab3" to a link url ie:[~2~]#tab-3
I never did find a way to implement this idea, if anyone else has I’d sure love to hear how.
