I am using a basic blog in modx, and I am having an odd issue with the blog entry form. The content bit of the form uses TinyMCE, but although it loads, you can’t use the RTE.

username: modx
password: modxcms
log in, and the landing page is the add blog entry form.
I just deleted, and installed tiny again, same problem. All files are intact. I have no idea whats happening here, I can use Tiny fine in the manager.

Because of security issues it’s not safe to use a full functioning RTE in front-end, am not sure but if i remember correctly by installing a demo content what you see as an RTE function there in Front-end, is what is set as functioning-level of RTE from manager/back-end so check your manager to see what level is assigned to RTE of your front-end.
I understand, but I set up a blog exactly like his on another site, and it worked perfectly.
