TinyMCE tools missing?

    I created a site a while ago and have not done any editing in a while.

    When I try to edit any of the pages I notice that most of the Tiny MCS tools are missing? Usually just below the Document Content window there are the full set of TinyMCE editing and formatting tools. I get zero tools in this area but I get a couple of the tools in the gray box were the "Path" usually is. The only tools I get are B I U, ABC, Undo Redo, Cleanup, and List. Missing are all the formatting, Image and Styling tools etc.

    I am using the base TinyMCE 2.1.2 that came with MODx 9.6.

    So, how do I get the tools back?

      Oops! I think I answered my own question.

      I ran afoul with previous manager and role settings. Once logged in as the correct manager the full set of tools are available. I need to look into why they are missing when I log as the main Admin though...
