TinyMCE 3.0 doesn’t works in Opera/IE 6.0 when it in the Content Editor/Custome mode. It works fine only in FireFox.
For Simple/Advanced modes - it also works fine in all browsers.

This has been fixed in the latest build I’m working on. Should hopefully have an update posted very soon.
In the meantime, just remove the trailing comma on line 198 in "assets\plugins\tinymce30\tinymce.functions.php". That should fix it.
