    Hello,

After having had a pretty good look on the forums it seems that every else has problems using relative URLs, but mine is the opposite::

I’m using ModX 0.9.6 and my config settings are Resource URL: http://www.domainname.com/assets/ and I have Rewrite browser paths? set to ’no’.

However when I add an image using TinyMCE it removes the absolute URL and I always get /assets/images/myimage.gif, rather than http://www.domainname.com/assets/images/myimage.gif. This also happens if I use the HTML pop-up facility of TinyMCE. If I select no text editor and enter the full URL manually, then it’s fine.

Somewhere along the line TinyMCE is taking it upon itself to strip out my full URL and give me a relative URL instead. I’m thinking this must be a setting in TinyMCE config - but have no idea where?

Anyone else had the same problem?

In case anyone needs to know, I need the URL to be absolute as I have an XML output of the site which runs a Flash version.

      You should try setting -

Resources > Manage Resources > Plugins > TinyMCE > Configuration > Plugin Configuration > Path Options > fullpathurl
