Invoking events for custom web user class

Hi, is there anyway I can invoke an event in a php class that can be used as web user API?

I just want that certain event being invoke, when the the function in the class being called. For example I have a user save function and I want to have an event for OnWebSaveUser to be called on my class and being executed, just like when you save on manager.

I’m interested in knowing more about all this events, and how to use it.
OnWebCreateGroup
OnWebAuthentication
OnBeforeWebLogin
OnWebLogin
OnWebLogout
OnBeforeWebLogout
OnWebDeleteUser
OnWebSaveUser
