problem with TinyMCE settings via "Tools / Configuration"

This problem has arisen following an upgrade of an 095 site to 096 (with TinyMCE 2.1.1.1).

Changes that I make to TinyMCE settings via "Resources / Manage Resources / Plugins / TinyMCE / Configuration" are being updated correctly in the manager and in the "site_plugins" table.

However, the same changes that I subsequently make to TinyMCE settings via "Tools / Configuration" are being updated correctly in the "system_settings" table but are *not* being reflected in "Tools / Configuration" in the manager and are not applying to TinyMCE itself.

I have tried deleting the plugin and have installed the latest version - 2.1.1.1a - to no avail.

I would be grateful for any assistance.

Further to the above info, I’ve just found the same problem with a separate, fresh install of 096.

I encountered exactly the same problem. Any ideas how to resolve it?
