Error Message after Install

Web Server:

MySQL version 3.23.52

Browser/Client:

After a new install of MODx I am getting this error:

Notice: Array to string conversion in c:\ibserver\www\modx\manager\includes\document.parser.class.inc.php on line 928.

The page displays despite the error.

Does anyone have an idea what’s wrong?

Wish I could help but I’m no server admin (just a snippets guru ). How is MODx being hosted? Locally, shared, dedicated?

Are you runningn IIS or Apache?

he is probably running apache as I am having the same error on a new host

I don’t have the exact environment to try this out but I want to offer something to test:

Replace line 925-828 with this code below and let see what will happen:

if (version_compare( phpversion(), "5.0.0", ">=" ))
set_error_handler(array(&$this,"phpError"), E_ALL);
else if (version_compare( phpversion(), "4.2.3", ">" ))
set_error_handler(array(&$this,"phpError"));
else
set_error_handler(array($this,"phpError"));
