Anyway, I had problems viewing the quickeditors dropdown in IE7, and resolved it by deleting
"filter: alpha(opacity=80);" in #QE_Toolbar section, and deleting "filter: alpha(opacity=100);" within #QE_Toolbar:hover, #QE_Toolbar:hover * section, in toolbar.css.

Now colleagues trying to edit from their Mac & Safari don´t see the quickeditmenu at all. Could this be related or is this a typically RTFM?
