I’m getting an Access Denied error in the upload dialog box of the file manager when uploading one specific file. It is larger than other files but is only about 9mb and I have adjusted my max upload in both MODx and my php.ini
This is in Revo 2.0.8
I right click the folder in the file tree and click "upload file"
I add the file to the upload dialog that appears and click "upload"
I don’t see any movement in a progress bar for about a minute and then the "note" next the file name says "Access Denied"
Any ideas?

Can you upload small files to that same directory?

Yes, smaller files seem to work fine. This is an .mp3 file (not that it should make any difference)

Have you cleared the cache and flushed permissions and sessions since you made the change in the MODx system settings?
If php.ini is the issue, you may also have to restart Apache. It's also possible that your host has set things so that php.ini is ignored.

Good one Bob, helped me
moved a server, and even though the max upload file size was 64M, the upload is done using POST, so the post_max_size needed to be updated in my php.ini. No restart was needed
