[Evolution 1.0.4] No link anchors for other roles

Howdy,

The link anchors within TinyMCE will not show up for roles that aren’t in the group "admin".
The drop-down of this anchor always appear empty.

I tried adding my own role and I gave a look for the plugin settings but it didn’t saw anything strange.

Does anyone has the same issue’s? Or is it a mis-configured setting?
