tiny mce

Hi Sorry totally new to modx and love it so much easier than Joomla. Anyway, 2 questions are stumping me.
Q1. When I open tinymce to add an image it always takes me to the images folder and I cannot change the default. How do i change it to open to assets/templates/mytemplate/images this is driving me cracy, after hours of searching. Can anyone please help.
Q2. I just downloaded tinymce V3.2.7 how do you install this into Modx, if it is possible.
Thanks for any help as Q1 is driving me crazy.
