    Hey Guys,

Forgive me if there is an answer to this question already out there. Ok, I’ve created a blog for my site and i got the rich text editor to work in the content field but i need it to work for the summary field. You know how you see those site’s with the blog articles listed with a picture and the summary text on the right or left. I just want to be able to insert an image in my summary field like i can using the rich text editor in my content field. So that my blogs listed aren’t just content or text.

    thanks,

I’ve seen a way of making this field rich text somewhere, as well, but haven’t tracked it down. Meanwhile, you could try making it show the content of a rich text TV:

+ create a TV, let’s call it richTextSummary, of type Rich Text
+ include it in your introtext field [*richTextSummary*]

And that’s it. Note, you don’t want any widget to be associated with the TV; you need its raw output to go into your document.

        • If you are using Ditto, you can have it use the TV directly and ignore the introtext (summary) field altogether.
