After YAMS configuration 404 Not Found message instead of page

Hi everyone.
It is my first try of YAMS. I’m using the latest version with MODx 1.04. After Installation and configuration YAMS to make one template of my site bilingual (en, fr) the address is changing from http://myserver/index.php?id=63 to http://myserver/en/index.php?id=63 and instead of my page "404 Error File Not Found error" page displayed. Is there any possibility to debug it. I anyone knows, I really need help.

Just one more think. In my resource most of TVs were created for english and french, so now I have 3 sets of TV’s instead of 2.

If you haven’t already done so, try updating your .htaccess file using the code provided on the ’Server Config’ tab of the YAMS module.

Do I have to use Friendly URLs?

Thank you for answering so fast, but it didn’t solve the problem. It just shows http://myserver/en/index.php?id=63&start=1
Did I mention, I’m using PHx plagin. Is it possible this could be a problem?
