Web Editing for Word Processing Users - Tutorial/Reference

I have a site I’ve just converted to MODx. The folks who will be ediing the site have varying degrees of experience with Microsoft Word and Publisher, but no experience editing web documents. They’ll be using the WYSIWYG editor. I’m been trying to locate a small document or book that describes the differences between web editing and word processing ... those things that can drive a newcomber crazy (such as no tabs). Thus far I’ve found nothing. Has anyone here run across anything that would be helpful in this regard?
