YAMS + Breadcrumbs + Weblinks

When i click on my breadcrumbpage which has a weblink i get an ’error page’ because the link is not redirected tot the correct page-id. When i look at the link it wants to show that page and not the redirected page. My Wayfindermenu does give the good link.

My breadcrumb i use:
[[BreadcrumbsYAMS? &langid=`(yams_id)`]]

My snippet:
return require( $modx->config[’site_path’] . ’assets/modules/yams/snippets/breadcrumbs.101.yams.snippet.php’ );

If i go directly to the page with the Weblink to an other page it doesn’t work.
